Transparency and Choice:
Your game profile, including username, profile picture, and rank (both picture and text) and other

visible to all users, not just your friends. This allows you to discover and interact with other players in

community, but it also means that other players can see your profile information.

* We will maintain an archive of the previous month for the purpose of awarding trophies. Once a new archive is
created, the previous one will be deleted. Please note that information in the archive cannot be modified or
removed.
How We Use Your Information:
- Operate and improve the Game.
- Provide customer support.
- Analyze aggregated usage data for market research.
We do not display personalized ads, but we do display ads (for
offers and every 6 minutes)!

the personal information under our control, even if it is disclosed to a third-party service provider. We comply
with PIPEDA's principles of accountability, transparency, and purpose limitation, ensuring your data is
collected and used only for the purposes outlined in this Policy and with your valid consent. Data management is
conducted by Unity in the cloud.
POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act - South Africa): We adhere to POPIA's principles of
openness and accountability, ensuring you have the right to access and correct your personal information. We
only collect and use your data for specific purposes outlined in this Policy and with your consent, unless
permitted by a lawful justification under POPIA. Data storage and processing are managed by Unity in the cloud.
CCPA/CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act/California Privacy Rights Act - California): We comply with
CCPA/CPRA's requirements for transparency and consumer rights. You can access, rectify, delete, or opt-out of
the sale of your personal information by contacting us. We will not use your data for any purpose beyond those
disclosed in this Policy and permitted by CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your
CCPA/CPRA rights. Unity is responsible for data storage and management in the cloud.
CPA (Colorado Privacy Act - Colorado): We only collect sensitive data (e.g., geolocation) with your
explicit consent and implement additional safeguards to protect its security and privacy. We also minimize data
collection, only collecting what's necessary for the Game's operation. Data is managed by Unity in the cloud.
VCDPA (Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act - Virginia): We comply with VCDPA's data minimization
principle, only collecting the minimum personal information necessary for the Game's operation and fulfilling
the purposes described in this Policy. We will retain your data for the minimum period required by law or as
necessary to fulfill these purposes. Unity manages data storage and processing in the cloud.
CTDPA (Connecticut Data Privacy Act - Connecticut): We process your personal information for legitimate
business purposes and provide you with the right to access, correct, delete, or portability of your data. Data
management is conducted by Unity in the cloud.
UCPA (Utah Consumer Privacy Act - Utah): We respect your right to access, correct, delete, or portability
of your personal information and provide you with clear and conspicuous choices regarding its use. Unity is
responsible for data storage and management in the cloud.
Other Laws: We will strive to fulfill your requests to exercise your rights under other applicable data
privacy laws to the best of our ability. Please note that Unity handles data storage and management in the
cloud.
Note: We only collect your email address, IP address, and device information as personal data. For
username and password, we recommend not using real names. Unity manages data storage and processing in the
cloud, and we do not control the location of the data storage.
Third-Party Service Providers:
We may share your Personal Information with certain third-party service providers who help us to operate and
improve
the Game. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and only use it for the
purposes
we authorize. This includes, but is not limited to, providers for:
- Game engine operation and analytics (e.g., Unity)
- Customer support
- Email confirmation
- It is possible that unity will use some personal information, so it is recommended to read their policy.
We will only share the minimum amount of information necessary for these providers to perform their
services.

Note: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. the information is encrypted in
the
cloud (except for some information used to identify the user when we are asked to do so - but it is stored in
the
Unity Cloud, which provides increased security), in addition, the information is encrypted by Unity when
transmitted.
Your Choices:
We take steps to ensure that your Personal Information is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure,
alteration, or destruction. These measures include the use of encryption, access controls, email
confirmation
after
login. But all information is encrypted over transfer by unity. However, no security measures can guarantee
perfect
protection against all threats.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your Personal Information. Please contact us for more
information or assistance with exercising your choices.
Age Restrictions and Children's Privacy:
- Minimum Age: The Game is intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under 13
years
old
you may not use the Game.
- If you are under the minimum age requirement for your country, you may not create

account or use the Game.
- Parental Consent: If you are between 13 and 16, you may only use the Game with your
parent

Data Retention and Deletion (LGPD, PIPEDA, POPIA, CCPA, CPRA, CPA, VCDPA, CTDPA, UCPA):
- We will retain your personal information until you ask us to delete your account. You have the right to
request the deletion of your personal information at any time. We will comply with such requests within
the timeframe specified by the applicable data protection law (e.g., 15 days under CCPA). However, we
may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or complying
with legal obligations. For users residing in Brazil (LGPD), while you have the right to request
anonymization
of your personal information, please note that because an email address is a required security element,
we will need to delete your account in order to anonymize your information.
Notifications:
We display various notifications (when we add a pass, on holidays, when there are gifts in the game, etc.). But
they can be blocked from phone settings with the
exception of notifications related to "Digital Services Act Notifications". Read more

Upon Account Deletion:

Please provide a secure username and password, as well as an email address associated with the account.
(We prefer that you send the email from the account you wish to delete, but if that is not possible, you
may provide an associated email. In this case, we will send a verification code to that email, which you
must return to us.) Please confirm in your email that you authorize us to decrypt the secure username
and
password you provide to verify your identity. This confirmation must be included when you send the
email.)
- Remember! After confirmation, we will delete your account and all associated information within 2
working days.
Changes to this Policy:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new
Privacy
Policy on the Game.
