Eligibility

Our Services are intended for users aged 13 or older under Google Play policies. If you are under the minimum age requirement for your country, you may not create an account or use our Services. If you are between the minimum age and 16 years old, you may only use our Services with parental consent.

User License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

User Accounts

To access certain functions of our Services (here ONLY games), including friends and profile customization but also accessing games, it is necessary to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Termination

Your account may be terminated if you violate any of our policies 5 times without any warning or prior notice.

Social Features

Friends: Your profile, including username, profile picture, and rank (both picture and text), is visible to all users, not just your friends. This means other players can also see your game profile, whether your friends or not. You can add other players as friends and view their profiles. However, you can control what information is displayed on your profile for other players to see through the privacy settings.

Notifications

You may receive notifications about game events, and other activities. You can manage your notification preferences in the settings.

Data Collection and Privacy

We collect certain information about your use of our Services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You can access and manage your privacy settings within our Services.
We use the collected information to operate and improve our Services, personalize your experience, and send you relevant notifications. We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your consent, except as permitted by law or as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Error Reporting System:

Our Services may encounter occasional errors. We offer an optional automatic error reporting system to help us identify and fix issues. You can choose to opt in or out of this system at any time in the settings.

our Services displays non-intrusive advertisements approximately every 15 minutes. You can also watch optional reward ads to gain in-game benefits.
You can purchase a "No Ads Box" to permanently remove non-reward ads from our Services.
